A Business Administration graduate with a focus on Management from University of Bridgeport, Licensed Producer in Connecticut, USA, & Leadership programs alum, breaking barriers in a lucrative field lacking diversity.

Atneciv founded the Women in Leadership Summit, bringing financial & Leadership workshops to over 300 participants since its inception. Passionate about diversity, she actively serves on committees, contributing to mentorship programs for minority leaders, social justice and entrepreneurship.

Atneciv’s recent success includes launching her Life & Business Planner, showcasing dedication to financial independence through financial literacy and life & Business coaching. Founder of LeadHership in 2019, she educates, empowers and transforms women in personal finance and growth opportunities. An ambassador of Junte Boricua Initiative
