When is the best time to travel?

To guarantee your arrival safely we advised that you plan to travel a day before the event.

Hotel / Airbnb: Can be book in Waterbury CT

Is parking fee(s) included in my ticket?

VIP ticket holders have preferred parking.

All other admission will be able to enter at to the parking garage

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

All tickets purchased are final sale and are non-refundable.

Regardless of weather conditions, the event will proceed as planned unless unforeseen circumstances, a national crisis, or an Act of God forces a cancellation or postponed event.

Will there be a dress code enforced?

Yes! We just asked that everyone incorporate all red, white, black or nude to support the aesthetics of the event.

Will this event be recorded?

Yes. All recording and photos are used for marketing efforts.

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Unforeseen circumstances do take place however if an event of ours is cancelled entirely we will send refunds accordingly.

However if the event is postponed no refunds will be given & we will provide NEW details about the event.

No you do NOT have to pay again if an event is postponed to a later date.

Will this event be streamed and accessible virtually?

Unfortunately, this will be only a in-person experience.

Are kid(s) allowed and do I have to purchase a ticket for my kid(s)?

No kids this year. Unfortnately this year is dedicated to the adults.

Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol and may be asked for ID to verify age.

Will there be security?

Yes

Do you have accessible entry for the disable?

Yes. Volunteers and staff will be available to assist if needed.

Can anyone become a vendor?

No.

We do not accept any gun, or animal vendors at this time. All vendors will go through a screening before becoming a vendor.
